By popular demand, this is a basic needs list to keep you eating for 1 month in a bad situation. Add to this after you get what you need, but first, get a one month basic food supply for each member of your family. Children will need less than this, but then you will have enough for extra or charity– however your heart decides. Still, this is a basic needs list. I hope you find it helpful.
