***TIP 4. Entertain and kep yourself motivated during food prep sessions with good music, an audio book or a youtube video.
***TIP 5. Know your food storage times for the regridgerator and freezer.

⦁ Hard boiled eggs in their shell keeps in the fridge for up to 1 week.
⦁ Cooked chicken or meat keeps in the fridge for up to 3 to 4 days.
⦁ Cooked chicken or meat in the freezer is best eaten within 2 to 6 months.
⦁ Cooked rice keeps in the fridge for 3 to 5 days.
⦁ Cooked rice in the freezer is best eaten within 6 months.
Use common sense with these guidelines. If it looks funny, smells funny or tastes funny, it’s probably best to discard it. If in doubt throw it out.
