This is a guide showing you how I prep my salads in a mason jar! It is super easy and should keep you salad yummy and fresh for around 4 days! Feel free to ask me any questions!
You may like to use the following websites for salad and dressing recipes:
Apple Cider Vinegar dressing – half cup olive oil, third cup apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, honey and 1tsp garlic.
Creamy tuna dressing – 2 tbs greek yoghurt, tuna, diced raw onions, dijon mustard and cayenne pepper.
